The gear blanks undergo rough and fine machining, are processed on CNC gear hobbing machines, and then undergo carburizing and annealing before being ground on imported gear grinding machines for 12 hours to final shape. This significantly increases the tightness between teeth, results in smooth tooth surfaces, higher precision, extends machine service life, enhances load capacity, and reduces noise.
